Fantastic book, it just doesn't get better than this. I have used this book over and over. I take almost everywhere I go including the doctors office, I read it while I wait and surprisingly enough my doctors encourage it. They think it is great to try natural remedies before anything else, provided you are making sure that you are paying attention to any side effects and you talk to your local pharmacy or doctor before taking anything that could effect your medications or medical problems. This book will tell you what to consider with each thing and what you probably shouldn't take and that's when you know to talk to someone. Wonderful Book
I love this book! Nursing a budding interest in holistic medicine, this it a wonderful book to own! It has everything you need to know and more! It's also easy to read; by problem, and by popular herb. It's a wonderful, in depth source to have around, and I know that I'll be using this book for years to come.

Very informative, Gives lots of Useful Information. Recommend Reading for everyone. Nice division of infomation for easy cross reference. Easy to find sections on common disorders which includes not only beneficial herbs with dosage and explanations of what they do, but herbs to avoid, and recommendations (example: other herbs or minerals,vitamins, etc. which increase its effectiveness.)
