Firstly, I believe in HONEST reviews. This seller gave excellent communication & a full refund when the book I ordered was found to be damaged at the warehouse. They sent a very apologetic email explaining the issue & refunded me straight away. I have used this seller before & they have always been reliable & prompt with delivery.
