Once you've got the new EXILIM Zoom EX-Z750 in your hands, you won't want to part with it: 7.2 megapixels, 3x optical zoom and a large 2.5-inch TFT colour display as well as an optical viewfinder. The digital camera will thrill you with innovative technology and outstanding power. It makes photography a special experience.The finishing on the compact digital camera with its matt-brushed metal casing is not only high quality and well-designed, but thanks to the EXILIME Engine also extremely powerful. In addition, it also impresses with unbelievable speed: the camera is ready for use in approx. 0.9 seconds and impresses with a shutter-release delay of only approx. 0.007 seconds. When ready, the door is open for diverse photo ideas and movies - the EX-Z750 takes up to 325 pictures with just one charging of the SUPER LIFE battery. It keeps fast sequence photos and snapshots just as ready as manual setting possibilities for creative picture compositions. The EXILIM user can access them simply and quickly via the mode dial. Additionally, the EX key allows fast access to the basic functions of the EX-Z750. If you prefer to rely on pre-recorded scenes, you can choose the BESTSHOT function. The picture scenarios typical for EXILIM were increased by new BESTSHOT programs. With "Art Shot", for example, photos become small works of art that seem to stem from painting. Whether pastel, pop or cross screen filter - the imagination knows no borders. However, the program "ID Shot" is business-oriented and automatically duplicates a photographed portrait several times and arranges it on a photo in the right size for official documents. The "Continuous Zoom Shooting", which is also new, saves having to choose the right zoom factor. With one click of the shutter release it takes two pictures at the same time with different image sections. The autofocus light assist provides even better focusing in a dark environment, and dark motifs are well-illuminated thanks to the integrated flash with red eye-reduction.Moments intended to be taken in motion are recorded with sound by the small lifestyle camera as a movie in MPEG-4 format without time limit. The EXILIM user will become the perfect director once and for all with the new Movie BESTSHOT function, which offers creative scope when recording movies. For example, the Past Movie function: it continuously records where the person filming aims the lens. After pressing the shutter release it also stores the last five seconds before the beginning of the recording. On the other hand, short movies of up to eight seconds long are shot in the Short Movie function. Here too, the EXILIM user can freely choose the start of the recording and decide whether the film should be recorded before, during or after the shutter release has been pressed. If you would like to print out the single picture of a movie, you can do this in the Motion Print function. It releases a single picture as a photo from the movie and joins it together on request with eight other randomly selected pictures into a collage. The USB docking station with high-speed USB 2.0 is used for the transfer of the picture data on the PC and supports PictBridge and USB Direct Print Standard. Movies and photos can also be viewed directly on the television by means of AV-output to the docking station or the optionally available AV cable.Besides the SUPER LIFE battery and docking station, the package also includes USB cable, extensive software on CD-ROM and hand carrier straps. In the current EXILIM look are optionally available a fast battery charger, portable AV cable for connecting the camera directly with the TV and other accessories as well as camera bags and neck straps, a media case for storing memory cards and other accessories.

    Very small camera with strong performance

    After tiring of hauling around SLR type digital cameras, I purchased this camera as a competent replacement that I could slip into my pocket. I'm no professional photographer, but like to have my pictures look nice and this camera really fits the bill. Likes: The size - it is remarkably small. I purchased this site unseen, only relying on reviews and was shocked to see how small it was in relation to it's features. Extremely portable, make sure to use the wrist strap so that you don't end up dropping it. The battery - This thing seemingly NEVER runs down. I take pictures probably two or three days out of the week, and I am running on a full charge after 25 days of use with this camera.     Casio EXILIM EX-Z75 Not the best , yet not the worst

    i bough this orignally from this very site Ebay for $290 (s/h included, oct 2005) and i've had it for a few months now and everything still works fine. I upgraded from an older casio (exz50). Pictures are excellent with the exception of low lights such as at night; it gets pretty grainy, even with flash. This was the same with my older casio (exz50). i think it is one of casio's major flaws. the flash is also very weak. To make up, I like to use one of its "best shot" mode: "night", but its a slow shutter so u have to be very still for a while or its gonna get messed up (blurry specificallly). But that function would only be practical with scenaries, because your friends would get annoyed having to pose for so long haha. Another thing is pictures can get a little bit over-saturated, but ...

    One of the best

    Likes: LCD Screen - virtually no lag, sharp and detailed pictures. Love the calender playback mode which allows you to see which photos you took on certain days. Lightning fast turn on and shot-to-shot times. Battery life is exceptional (this was one of the main reasons I bought this camera, I figure what good is a camera if it lies dead in your backpack - this battery is good for a day of shooting +). Solid metal and plastic body which could probably take some abuse. The camera definetly has a wow factor with the combination small body/large lcd/lightning fast boot times. Dislikes: Optical viewfinder is useless, low-light performance is subpar due to small flash and noise at higher iso(s).     Just what I was looking for, but may not be for you..

    The Casio EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z750 7.2 Megapixel digital camera was just what I was looking for. It has amazing picture quality, a huge LCD display screen (2.5 inches), has an incredibly small size and is very light weight. However the screen is very sensitive and is very suseptible to breaking. I already have several little stress cracks on mine. Also the zoom is not the best but it gets the job done. I love the camera and would recommend it to anyone who wants a small camera with really high quality pictures but is going to treat it with a lot of care and not mind the zoom. I give it a 4/5.     great camera, great price, but obviously used

    I got the Casio Exilim EX-Z750 7.2 MP camera with carrying case and memory card for a great price. I was very happy, but I gave the camera as a present and was embarassed to find out that it was obviously previously used. I had only looked at the camera briefly before i wrapped it, so i didn't see the small dent in the camera, wear on the case, or pictures and videos filling the memory card. Also, the directions had writing all over them. The condition was left blank in the description section when selling, but it was called "open box" which was explained as someone was unhappy with it, it was fixed by the manufacturer and being sold again. This was not the case at all. The memory card was full of pictures and videos of a dance recital. I suppose i should have been more careful, but the ...
