Accurate and fast communication with seller which was highly appreciated because of buying an old edition which was after all in perfect condition THANKS. Too bad they do not offer competitive shipping options (shipping to Canada cost me more than the item and took a looooong time to arrive :((( - thus 1-star shipping for the overall experience ).

    Terrific Southern Cookbook

    Ths is Trisha Yearwood's second cookbook. I bought her first one, Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen, and liked it so much I had to buy this one. This one is a collection of recipes from family members and friends. The recipes are easy to make and have ingredients that you usually have on hand and are easy to find in the grocery store. She gives a lot of tips that are really helpful. The reason I bought her first cookbook was the tip about turning the eggs over in the carton the day before you boil them to make the yoke centered. Her recipes, tips and instructions in this cookbook make this a great companion to her first cookbook.

    This cookbook is a must have! It's full of delicious and simple recipes!

    My sister-in-law bought me this cookbook because I love Trisha Yearwood and have watched her on TV a lot. My daughter saw it and couldn't put it down, but I wasn't about to give it up, so I bought her one for Christmas. I can't wait to see her open this present. I only wish my daughter's was signed by Trisha, as mine is. It is my prized possesion. It's full of so many down to earth recipes that you don't have to go out and buy special ingredients for that you'll never use again. I absolutely LOVE this cookbook. LOVE IT!!!!!
