    Medal reference for the Non-Collector

    Nothing new here with ground previously covered in other references on medals; if looking for a single reference on American medals "The Call of Duty" is a better bet for the collector. This work is better suited for those interested in naval history with a passing interest in decorations and medals associated with that history.
