Eventually buyer contacted seller after neutral feedback left. This is revised feedback. Seller has issued refund. Which is Only fair. Communication between buyer and seller is paramount. I did give her all of the shipping info when shipped. Communication is a two-way thing. Since the item was not returned to me by the post office I think she will yet receive it. Complete refund was issued promptly.
