When I had a problem with this order, the seller handled the situation promptly. Somehow this DVD set had been left out of the box with the other four Blu-rays ordered. It was easy to tell with their secure packaging that it had not been tampered with en route. No theft, simply a small accident. The folks at Gruv Entertainment handled it all with instant belief and compassion. A replacement was sent immediately. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond with their service. Top marks!

Excellent purchase! I'm very pleased to have discovered GRUV entertainment on eBay. I purchased two new Blu Ray and one 4K Blu Ray movie. All had great pricing, low shipping cost when bundled and faster than expected shipping time. All items were brand new as advertised and sealed in their original shrink wrap packaging. All discs worked as expected.
