Somehow this DVD set had been left out of the box with the other four Blu-rays ordered. It was easy to tell with their secure packaging that it had not been tampered with en route. No theft, simply a small accident. The folks at Gruv Entertainment handled it all with instant belief and compassion. A replacement was sent immediately. I purchased two new Blu Ray and one 4K Blu Ray movie. All had great pricing, low shipping cost when bundled and faster than expected shipping time. All items were brand new as advertised and sealed in their original shrink wrap packaging. All discs worked as expected. I know where I will be checking first for future movie purchases. Seller ships very slow after getting payment which was 10 business days or 14 days including weekends. On their FAQ "Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped? A. As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way."
