I ordered a new JBL Charge 5 from this seller, but I received a used JBL Charge 5. When I contacted the seller about the problem he told me that it is a new item, but was moved from the official packaging to a refurbished packaging. Then when I told him how ridiculous that sounded and wanted to initiate a return, the seller asked me not to get EBay involved. Seller has a terrible rating, and I gave him a chance and found out why the hard way. Avoid at all costs.
