Physical ailments often have emotional roots. This book helps you identify the emotional roots for many ailments and gives the steps to overcome them. For example, my friend who had carpal tunnel argued it was from typing many years until I read her the emotional roots: feeling life wasn’t fair, that you had not received justice. She recognized her roots immediately! You could almost guess a person’s emotional issues just by knowing their physical problems this book is so accurate. Have had the 1st edition and the updated of this book for many years. Purchased this as a gift and it's not the first or the last copy I will share. It is truly a LIFE ALTERING book when applied. There is a section where one can look up ailments and compare to emotions in relation. It never fails to amaze me how RIGHT ON it is every time! That's not all. Very good material and helpful for making more effective life change.
Very easy to read and understand the dynamich of troubled thinking. It is clear that feelings guide our thinking; we can immediately distinguish between real feelings and thought. Each category has careful recommendations which promote healing. We can become our own worst enemy. I will continue to use it as a resource guide to practice healthy thoughts; thus, promoting awareness for change effort.Very easy to read and understand the dynamich of troubled thinking.
