    One of the Best Reads!

    No, it is nothing like Star Wars. It is a great read about a ship Captain that had his feet destroyed in the beginning of a war with humans from another part of a different galaxy. 100 years later while this same race of humans are going to a truce meeting, this Captains lifepod (Capt Black Jack Geary) is found and revived. Pretty much after he awakens, the truce talks go sour because it was a trap from the begining and most of the important Capt from various ships were executed. Capt Black Jack takes command and races to get the fleet home all the while being chased by the bad guys. Once you get past a couple of chapters, you are hooked. I am waiting on the latest installment due out on the 28th of April 09. That ought to sum it up for you whether it is a good read. Very addictive.

    Great Space Opera!

    Great series. Hard to put down. A bit of repetition/recap at the beginning of subsequent books in the series but still very enjoyable!
