Great features on this shower head. Buy it, you will like it .
Super easy to install . The only tools I used were to remove the old shower head, along with a little plumbers tape over the threads.Basically I installed it with a firm grip. No leaks, drips, or errors. The shower selection I settled on for this shower head is better than the "rain" shower design in our other shower that my wife prefers. A great product. I would highly recommend this product.

Waterpik Hand held shower Model ZZR-769ME with Flow Control
This is my third purchase of this Waterpik model. The other two are in use and are so nice that I decided to get one for my third shower. This is the only hand held shower (that I know of) with a built in flow adjustment . This allows the user to adjust both the spray pattern and the flow. This also allows the user to conserve water without sacrificing the other attributes of a hand held shower. Some other hand held showers allow the user to completely stop the flow ( either On or Off ) but these are not nearly as convenient as choosing any flow rate between Very Low and Very High. Installation was very easy. This is my third purchase of this Waterpik model. The other two are in use and are so nice that I decided to get one for my third shower. An excellent shower head for the money.
An excellent shower head for the money. The metal hose makes it flexible and easy to use. The shutoff could use improvement since it only shuts the water off 95% but not 100%, but is still handy. Rubber inside metal hose may not be as durable as I'd like. I have another 2 of these shower heads and one of them has a leaky hose inside the metal jacket. Great water pressure
I’ve had it installed for a couple weeks and it’s working well. No leaks, and the adjustable water pressure is a nice feature. I mostly just use the one setting for spray style but they do all work. Great deal!
