    Thorough & hilarious presentation of anti-tort reform

    McCann and Haltom address the question of a hyper-litigious society that has come to embody the way Americans are viewed. In doing so, they expose the inconsistencies of the media in presenting seemingly ludicrous cases (like the hot coffee-McDonald's case). Had to read this for a political sci/legal studies course but I recommend it to anyone interested/curious about the actual statistics and innerworkings of our judical/legislative system--it's not too long either!
