The BEST!!!!
Vibrating feature is amazing because it tells you exactly when the plates are touching your hair. I’m still perfecting my grip on a flat iron (nothing to do with this particular model) so I’m guilty of constantly worrying I’m frying my hair but with the vibration I can tell exactly when I’m heating it, allowing for placement adjustments. The vibration feels like it helps the hair guide smoothly. Now I need two more! Good product, but too much hype, could be better
I had done research before buying this flat iron, it seemed to be a top of the line item. However, contrary to what many say, I was afraid it'd be too small, narrow and it is. I feel I should've made a better/different purchase for a flat iron that costs this much. I wish I would've as, again, it is way too narrow and the plates don't open all the way, they are sort of closed, half way as you see. they vibrate and yes it does heat up fast, but if you have too much hair a is sort of frizzy, then it's not the best. I used to always use my friend's flat iron, and was medium narrow and not like this, it would open and worked super fast. This one, not so much for the price! Perhaps I will sell it and get something else. Again, it's way too small (narrow) it only allows a certain small amount ... GREAT Flat Iron!
I had concerns about hair catching in the flat iron. I have almost waist length, thick curly hair. This has not happened once. The ergonomic design is very slight & causes me no concerns. The vibration feature seems to help straighten the hair more quickly & I always us it. I LOVE my Bio Ionic 10X & recommend it highly!!!

The Bio Ionic 10x Pro is has the fastest heat up element in any flat iron I have ever owned. It leaves my hair sleek and shiney. The iron itself is very light weight. It was recommended by my hair stylist who also owns one.

I’ve been trying to find one of these at a reasonable price as almost everywhere else I found them they were $230 or more. I was a little bit weary of the price because it makes you wonder is it really a bio ionic. I got it in the mail today and I have to tell you I came straight home and plugged that thing in and used it. It heated up so fast and glides over my hair so easily I am in love. It doesn’t snag or break my hair at all. I have very fine thin hair and have always been told to use a lower heat setting but have never been able to get my hair to straighten or curl at a lower heat setting. Well this one does it. 360° and my hair is stick straight or a wonderful curl in it. Best money I have ever spent!!! Shipper was very quick!!
