    Great to listen, slow to speak

    For a generic headset, there is nothing I have to complain about this product. It does the job well and I'm glad that I can stay in most meetings with fairly good audio capability. Occasionally people have complained that they weren't able to hear me when I try to speak. For some reason I am muted even though I hit the unmute button and the red light comes off. The only way I know how to resolve that issue is to sign off and to sign back in to the meeting. I'm not sure if that is headset issue or a Skype issue. I haven't had this issue with other headsets or instances of Skype.

    Good fit and excellent sound

    Given the major switchover to video conferencing in the past few weeks, I needed to get a good quality headset with a boom mic and I personally only want it on one ear so I can hear other things in the surroundings like other calls.

    Clear sound both incoming and outgoing. Works great in my laptop for a Voice over IP telephone use.
