We were pleased with performance
The product arrived ahead of time, well packed and ready to use. We took it on a trip to the Middle East, where it plugged right in to the sockets there and performed perfectly. Good job!

Great Converter Overall
This travel converter is great to travel with if you take a laptop or use a CPAP. Both usually use around 90 watts and can be used at the same time. Just check your wattage. The one downfall I had was that it does not work in Capri, Italy which uses the small two prong adapter that is not provided, only the large two prong adapter. I was lucky to have the small two prong adapter with me that came with a smaller converter I had with me for cell phone charging. I just used it and was able to charge the cell phone during the daytime when my wife was not using the CPAP. This converter really comes in handy when you are traveling with a computer or CPAP. Needs three prong adapter for Italy
The two prong plug supplied does not work in Italy. Buy a three prong adapter. Works fine with adapter especially to charge phones and tablets.

Great Converter, no problems in the EU
As an Electronics Engineer, I find that this converter works as promised, if you want a product like this to work well, you find a product that is for the area and this working in every area in the EU that we have been in. It is by far better than others and as good as any of the “high dollar” ones

Power Converter Center for European Travellers.
Excellent product. Would recommend this product to anyone that is traveling to Europe (France). Had to work with customer support to resolve a shipping issue that was the fault of the Post Office they went above and beyond to get me another unit ASAP. I will go to their store first to buy all my future products because of the level of service I received.
