A blessing in book form, if you are an Empath or are trying to understand one, this book is essential reading. Super informative, besides offering tons of tools to manage and nurture one’s energy and emotional sensitivity, this book spells out in detail the “symptoms” we experience as empaths that for years I have been unable to explain or treat medically (deep existential depression, chronic fatigue, pain, mental illness, weak sense of identity/continuity, extreme social anxiety/being extremely drained by crowds, memory lapses/disconnecting from reality when triggered, chronic abusive relationships with narcissists, extreme sensitivity/empathic responses to strangers, I could go on and on and on about all the experiences this book has helped me to understand and most importantly *get a ... A blessing in book form, if you are an Empath or are trying to understand one, this book is essential reading. Written with heart, not at all pedantic or pretentious, well organized, the authors provide sources for the research discussed inside. I’m not even done with the book, about 3/4 of the way through and I’ve already bought several copies for the other empaths in my life— it’s that helpful! My copy is already overflowing with highlights, dog-eared pages, and notes too! I’m fairly well-versed in the way of metaphysics and psychology, and I still learned a ton of new information in both fields from this book. Really, it’s a treasure! Looking forward to reading other works by Luna and Sol!

You learn how to handle anxiety, emotions, energy, heavy energy and all the things that you did not understand and make you whom you are. You finally find a place where you fit in.. What your purpose being here is.. Understanding Auras and Chakras and how to heal them.. I have learned Sooo Very Much about myself... I Love This Book... It is Very Easy to Read and Understand. A Must have for Every Empath!!This book is Excellent for learning and understanding being an Empath. You learn how to handle anxiety, emotions, energy, heavy energy and all the things that you did not understand and make you whom you are. You finally find a place where you fit in..
