I sent you a working camera, You claimed it wasn't I told you you could return it me for a refund, you said you would take it to a dealer and would keep it for a Refund of $20, As I explained to you I would Give you $15 or Half of what it cost you, You didn't pay for shipping on this as it went combined with another camera that you said works perfect. So you are upset over $5 Dollars. But Thank You for teaching me a Lesson not to send to other then North America, South America, Europe Only.

Great little Camera
I bought this camera to supplement my Nikon DSLR. The 14.5 MP is what first grabbed my attention but I found it has so much to offer. #1 As stated is image quality #2 ease of use. The menus and settings are not at all complicated. You don't need to carry the manual. #3 is the large LCD that offers an optional composing grid (on/off). #4 It fires up and is ready to use very quickly. #5 Battery charges quickly and lasts. #6 Software bundled with camera is easy enough to use from what I've seen (I already use iPhoto, Aperture and GIMP). What keeps me from giving an excellent rating. Like all cameras of the type, screen is hard to see in bright light. Every camera these days has it's own dedicate battery. Big or meaty hands make it hard to hold. Again, all problems with any camera of the ... I bought this camera to supplement my Nikon DSLR. Dislike: 1- no viewfinder 2- USB port interface plug is a small rubber tab which looks like it can be easily broken 3- the lens protection (in the lens housing) looks fragile. I don't know if it is. The system for setting up, shooting, and reviewing is complex. A DVD explaining how the system works and with exercises would be very helpful. this DVD video should be made by a teacher, not somene in marketing and definitely not someone in engineering. Now the features I like: Very high ISO. Lots of Megapixels. Small. Fairly bright view-screen. Lots of scene-settings. Fun camera. Buying something like this through ebay... The buy should ask about state tax before bidding. Nikon S710 coolpix digital camera
I love the 14.5 megapixel, even after you have taken a picture you can zoom way into the picture digitally and it still stays very clear. I bought a after market magnetic 2X optical lens that really adds to the camera I now have a 8X optical zoom which really opens the options of this camera making it very versatile. The biggest flaw with the camera is the lag time. When you turn it on it takes a little while to start before you can start clicking away so if you need to shoot fast you could loose some great shots. Also after taking a picture there is a longer delay in between your next shot than I would really like. However in Nikons defense part of that is because of the large file storage being that you are getting a 14.5 megapixel which is a head and shoulders above most other ... I have just purchased a High speed memory card for the camera but have not received it yet I am hoping that speeds up the storage time so I can shoot pictures faster. But overall a A+ camera I am really happy with it. Oh yeah did I mention the size, The camera is super compact for all they have crammed into it. I give a A+ on the compact size. The 3 inch digital display is very nice viewing your images and making sure they are what you want. I am also really happy with the cost of all the accessories memory cards, batteries, chargers, waterproof housings, lenses and cases are all very affordable on ebay.

Happy with my purchase
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase of the Nikon Coolpix S710. It has a lot of great feature, half of which I have yet to try. It's a great point and click, and some of the advanced features really bring photos to life! My only real disappointment is in the battery life of the camera. If you are getting one, buy an extra battery for backup!

Nikon Coolpix S710 14.5 Megapixel Digital Camera
This camera is excellent, photo quality is outstanding. The controls are easy to use and I love the huge viewing screen. My sister-in-law purchased one about six months ago and after seeing hers, I decided it was time to replace our 4 megapixel Canon. This was the right choice and of course we got a great deal on Ebay.
