Descriptive of the CD
It is easy to follow, even for beginners. It offers an optional learning segment prior to the workout for those unfamiliar eith yoga to learn poses. It gives the user an option of 2 workouts on 1 CD. Great for beginner-intermediate skill levels. Very similar to a live yoga class. Not recommended for anyone who has back problems as some of the stretches may hurt if one is already injured/poned to problems. Avid or advanced yoga pursuers may not like CD. It doesn't go into many advanced moves but gives an overall good workout.It is easy to follow, even for beginners. Yoga a great Surprise and a great healing
I'm a runner and as a runner have injurys, and i was no't the exseption, so I have 8 months not running at all, and find yoga, start working and after 3 weeks feel great is medicine and a great work out. always think yoga like a soft thing but after half an hour and se the hard work it is, the dificult of every pose and lak of balance and after some weeks watch what the body is capable of doing after few weeks. Soothing sounds, better flexibility, less back pain! LOVE Rodney Yee!
I love this DVD! There are two workouts and both are very good. The scenery, music, and his voice are very soothing, and I found the yoga sequence to be like meditation. I had never done yoga before so I didn't know what to expect. I bought it because I thought it might help my lower back pain and lack of flexibility. I wanted it as a compliment to a regular "workout" tapes I already use. If you are looking to improve flexibility and body strength I would recommend this DVD. It relaxes me and I've been able to sleep better at night.I love this DVD! There are two workouts and both are very good. An excellent yoga workout for beginners
This exercise video has a good pace for beginning yoga. I purchased another yoga produce that was too advanced. The video and sound quality are both excellent. This produce consists of 2 20 minute workouts. You can start out doing one 20 minute workout every other day until you are able to do both in the same day.
