I quit w these. Any generic brand does not work!
I buy some of these cheap bc of the expired date. Still works great. I hv ones from 2019 on and they work fine. Get up in the morning grab a cup of coffee and immediately put one on. I forced myself do that and haven’t smoked OVER a month!! Im so glad. Hopefully i can start stepping down and eventually not use a patch at all

These work better. When I switched to another kind (same strength) there was a clear difference.
I have used patches to quit in the past. I have used other brands. These work better. When I switched to another kind (same strength) there was a clear difference. The delivery seemed uneven and I had that nicotine poisoning feeling of severe headaches and heartburn early when I put them on. Later my cravings returned in a noticeable way. I get extremely vivid dreams while using patches, but I love it! It is my treat to look forward to when I quit and helps keep me on track because I know if I start again I will have to stop the patches and not have them anymore :) You still have to want badly to quit. They replace the nicotine but not the habit. Quitting smoking is hard no matter what. Stay strong and if you are using patches use them for the entire recommended time. Stop Smoking
I just can not stop smoking. I've tryed and tryed. Trying again. Patches help alittle. But I start up again. I am not a good example for the product. You have to have will power. I don't have much.

It Works!
I have tried generic versions of the Nicoderm patch and they don’t work as well, and I experienced side effects. The real Nicoderm patch is the way to go if you want to quit. I put one on and realized that I hadn’t smoked in several hours. Feeling better already!
