    Good Source For Natural Hair

    The book was chock full of information. It was a little to wordy and contain a lot of personal stories that made the book a little long to read. I was just looking for information on care of hair and not personal stories.

    Nice book, but I wanted more details...

    I thought this book was going to give more details, like when Dickey says to rinse conditioner from your hair until it "feels soft" that he would explain that a little more. I liked the basics he discussed, but I think I was looking for something a little more advanced. Overall, it was a decent, quick read, but I'm glad I didn't spend much because it didn't tell me much more than I already knew.

    Great basic curly reference

    THis book is pretty basic and outlines the affect of chemicals on curly hair, hair drying offenders such as blowdryers, chemicals, hot irons and recommends wearing curly hair in its natural state aided by essential oils. Great book for the beginner.

    Hair Rules...Great Book!

    Excellent book...very up to date information about natural hair! I wish it contained more pictures though.
