Product Information

Brink is a futuristic first-person shooter that pits a refugee resistance movement against a defensive security force for control over a floating city high above Earth. Each side offers a distinct campaign, with a role-playing-like character progression system that allows you to build your onscreen persona across multiple game modes. Unlike typical shooters, objectives and missions in Brink vary depending on a number of variables, including your location, the current battle situation, and your role. As you create a character, you'll be able to choose from a variety of customization options, such as body type, which affects how fast your character moves and how much damage he or she can absorb.<br><br>Experience points are awarded based on the amount of damage you inflict, allowing you to level up and earn credits to further personalize your character. Leveling up also grants characters new skills to choose from, with the option to equip up to three skills in combat. Completing various challenges will also unlock new outfits and weapons. Weapons can be customized with red dot sights, silencers, grenade launchers, upgraded magazines, and so forth to provide an edge on the battlefield. Brink also incorporates a streamlined movement system, dubbed "SMART," which maps context-sensitive actions to a single button press. You can mantel over objects, leap across walls, and more simply by tapping one button, with speed boosts given to those who press the button within a specific time frame. In addition to the single-player game, Brink offers co-op play and multiplayer support across a variety of game types.

it works, game case and manual look good, only issue i had was the plastic case that holds the actual disk was cracked on the side so when i removed the game from the case it kind of cqme apart but i was ale to add some tape and its fine

    Good game if you can get it for cheap.

    Meh. Fun but got old quick, i guess i can see why the price dropped so quickly. The game-play is very limited, the Campaign is weak and barely has a story, its really more like basic training for the free play. The weapons are amusing, but all feel pretty weak and similar. the way they are unlocked is unsatisfying and isn't so much a reward system as just throwing the guns and accessories at you. The game play itself is fun, and the parkour system is great, but it's very limited and gets old quick. I would reccomend this game if you pick it for 6 or 7 dollars like i did, but i feel really bad for anybody who bought it new for 60.

    Brink

    This is a pretty fun game. I'm not one for first-person shooter games but I really enjoyed this game. I like how you can create your own character. the graphics are OK but the story and voice casting are good. this game is pretty hard sometimes but that's cool it makes it challenging. all in all, it's a fun game. if you have not played this game then I recommend you do. This game is Gametastic

    Great but short

    This is a good alternative first person shooter, it has borderland like graphics and fun gameplay. There are only 12 missions however, and the opposite version for each side so 24 plus some extra ones. So if you want a long story game this one isnt it. The gameplay is fun though, personally its fun to play around with if your tired of games like call of duty or battlefield.

    Worth a look.

    Game play was fast and fun and gives the feeling of playing with a bunch of guys in real time online even though your doing the quest part of the game. Lots of fun I think. They have got some ugly but believable looking features that you can change all you want after you unlock them which don't suck. I found it refreshing. I gave it only 3 stars because I just couldn't seem to get into the story line but that don't mean you won't. Thankfully it lets you click threw to get back to the game right away without having to sit threw it over and over when you die like some games so, bonus.
