Great content, excellent service
This was my first experience with Qigong and I will include it in my daily practice with yoga and meditation for relaxation and stress relief. It's good for a beginner because Daisy and Francesco explain and demonstrate the movements clearly in a very picturesque and pleasant setting. I'm so glad I ordered the DVD to learn about use energy for power, stress relief, and relaxation.

Qigong for Stress Relief
I recently had to go to The Mayo Clinic for health reasons. Some of those where fibromyalgia, bursitus of the hips, back problems and anxiety and stress. I was told by the Doctor to either read, get the DVD's or take a Qi Gong class. I bought not only the beginners DVD set, but also the Detox and Stress Relief. The minute I started watching these DVD's, I was thrilled. They are easy to follow, easy to do and help each of the problems mentioned above. My fibro has eased up. The bursitus hasnt flared up since I started them. My back hasnt felt this good in 16 years and the breathing excersises teach me stress relief and calmness. I didnt believe the Doctor at first, but I thought I would give it a try. Im so glad the Doctor was right. These DVD's give you easy lessons, ... It might sound like "hippie" stuff to those older people (like myself), but after 10 minutes, it changed my mind, and after a few weeks now practicing, its changed my life. No more pain pills and I dont even have to consider nasty shots. Now thats worth just one of these Qi Gong DVD's!!!

Beautifull
I have several qigong DVDs including Garripoli's other Qigong DVD ~ Beginning Practice, which is also excellent. Qigong for Stress Relief is a wonderful addition. I love seeing this couple do it together, they're movements are fluid, explanations excellent, filming is top notch. If you prefer, pick just a few of the moves that are easiest for you to do and focus on them. Qigong has been an addition to my life that I now can not imagine doing without. Taking the time to slow down, quiet the mind and be present is powerful. The energetic component of doing the moves offers healing, mental clarity and a peaceful spaciousness to my day. Great for stress
This dvd is great for beginners and is very calming. Francesco and Daisy make it easy to understand each movement. I ordered 3 more of their dvds!
