    What is not to like? It's Jacque Pepin!

    Jacque is such a good teacher. I wonder what he thinks of todays Celebrity Chefs? Jacque actually teaches. Not simply a showman.

    Jacques Pepin's Fast Food My Way

    This is an excellent cookbook. For my money this guy is the best cook on the planet. Watch him cook and there is never a wasted movement. The receipes are excellent, flavorful and don't have like fifty-two ingredients, half of which you can't find. This is the companion book to the TV series of the same name. Check out the show and you've checked out the book! Oh, and I paid half of the original cost! Gregg

    Great cookbook! He knows what he's talking about!

    I love the way he makes complex meals so easy to make! He has so many insights, too, like: wash your mushrooms immediately before you use them, if you wash them before that, they will go bad." Very good cookbook. I bought the "More Fast Food My Way" too.
