    This is an excellent cookbook. For my money this guy is the best cook on the planet. Watch him cook and there is never a wasted movement. The receipes are excellent, flavorful and don't have like fifty-two ingredients, half of which you can't find. This is the companion book to the TV series of the same name. Check out the show and you've checked out the book! Oh, and I paid half of the original cost! Gregg
