    Great indoor workouts

    Product exactly as described. Owning DVD containing two workouts now allows me to cancel monthly GAIAM channel subscription. Debbie Rocker is an athlete who coaches you through the workouts. Included on DVD is an interesting interview which provides insight into her background and training/coaching philosophy. My go-to indoor workouts even though her cuing of next moves takes some getting used to.

    Exactly what I was looking for.

    This DVD was exactly what I was looking for to do some in house walking. The price was right and included free shipping. The routine are great and the instructor keeps you moving.

    Walking Workout

    This video and CD are good for senoirs, people who are somewhat overweight, and people who regularly need a light workout twice a day. It is not a real intense workout, good for beginners who are in pretty okay starting shape. It's okay for senoirs and the overweight too, a heavy workout for them. The workout consists of exercises in between constantly walking in place. The music is upbeat but not intense. A good find for anyone who needs a change of pace too. This one should keep your heartrate at a good rhythem for thirty minutes twice a day or if you prefer you can use one of the videos once a day. Great find in any case.

    Gentle Exercise

    Debbie Rocker is an excellent athlete who knows how to help her viewers get a good workout without exhausting them. These two sessions are very simple but I end up feeling as though I've had adequate exercise on those days when I don't want to do anything more than the absolute minimum. I'll use them often . . . !

    BORING, BORING, BORING

    The moves and the instructor are BORING. Its basically marching in place and moving a little out to the sides. Debbie Rocker is extremely monotone in her cuing. The music is BORING too. I think the only reason this ever got published is because she is a former athlete. I did the full AM walk and I believe part of the PM walk. I'm glad I got this one really cheap.
