I had paid for the quicker shipping option and because of the holidays it was delayed and backed up and wasn’t able to make it on time. Seller was quick in response, sent back refund and even helped with tracking down my package when UPS or eBay didn’t have much information on it. Even w/ the experience not being smooth as I would of hoped, not due to the seller I would absolutely buy from them again 💯 thank you guys!

However, this seller, when contacted, provided tracking numbers for the other two packages containing the front and rear rotors. All packages arrived in good condition, and were received by the projected delivery date on this eBay order. The parts all look to be excellent quality, even though I haven’t installed them yet on my wife’s 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L minivan.
