    Great title for the content of the book

    The book is easy to use and very informative. I like the way it is set up to determine which vitamins or supplements are best to use. I enjoy reading and learning more about health issues. I bought it so I could have this knowledge accesible at home. I have used this book before at Whole Foods Market.

    Monster sized! Loaded with useful info.

    This book is pretty well laid out and easy to use. I've tried a couple of things from the book and so far so good. Pick your condition. It explains a bit about what it is. (Example: what is high blood pressure really.) Gives a list of symptoms and root causes. Then testing techniques - how the doc would find out if you have whatever it is. Treatment options. A list of vitamins and/or minerals to boost whatever you're missing. Some recommendations. Then homeopathy, acupressure, massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, (these are from the blood pressure section) stress reduction recommendations. And references. The book gives you lots of options for treating even the most simple ailments. There are black & white drawings in the back incase you need to know where your parts are. ...

    OK

    I have been eating a better diet then they recommend for 12 yrs the Doug Kaufmann "know the cause" TV show and web site diet..Anti Fungle ..its Great but has done nothing to help my Psoriasis which they claim there worse diet will...Wrong! Mark Adrian

    Prescription for Natural Cures

    This is a great book, especially for a beginner in herbal medicine, like me. It is very well written and is easy to understand. The bulk of the book covers specific physical problems and illnesses and the natural cures for them. However, I like the fact that in other parts of the book it gives overviews of the many areas of alternitive medicine such as; acupressure, homeopathy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and more. After reading it, I felt a lot more informed about the world of alternitive medicine.

    A to Z basic help

    A great book for those of us who want to do things naturally (with herbs, diet, and homeopathic). It doesn't cover every single thing, but it is a treasure trove of a lot of different illnesses that can be cured naturally.
