First of all it was a Blu-ray plus DVD set of course it comes in the Blu-ray case so one would assume that you were receiving the Blu-ray if nothing else.... Nothing led me to believe I would not be getting the Blu-ray I did not receive Blu-ray... I got DVD only.. they were accurate about the case not being in good shape, and the DVD having some stuff.... Just upset I did not receive the Blu-ray....Not Happy
