    Wonderful account and history of the boardwalks and resorts at the New Jersey Shore.

    Anyone who is acquainted with the New Jersey Shore, would surely appreciate the historical detail of this book. It basically covers the history of the boardwalks up and down the New Jersey coast and how they got started, etc. It also covers the amusement parks on the boardwalks and how some of them were related to the amusements in Coney Island, New York. This book is out of print but with a little bit of effort, a good clean copy can be found on eBay. I actually had a copy of this book and bought this second copy as a gift for a friend. If you are interested in a detailed history of the boardwalks and shore resorts at the New Jersey Shore, this is a must read.
