It is one of the few books available that focuses only on the cosmetic application of essential oils. This is a wonderfully useful little book. Keller gives a good foundation of information about basic ingredients, the physiology of the skin and hair and about the best cosmetic essential oils. Many formulas are given including an entire chapter on natural perfumes. This book is a must for anyone who is professionally using essential oils for skin care., A well-written book that provides good background information and evidence on why we should revert to making our own skin care products.

    Great recipes

    I have already used a lot of the recipes in this book and they have turned out great. It has a little bit of everything you might want to make using essential oils. It is so much fun to experiment with various oils and recipes and they are all natural with no harmful chemicals. I think anyone interested in making their own products would benefit from this book.

    A little bit of this, a little bit of that!

    I like this book, it gives the basics on hair skin and beauty. If you are strapped for time, give this book a try. You will be pleased.
