    The Wicked Day by Mary Stewart

    This book is the story of the life of Mordred, the bastard son of King Arthur. Mary Stewart wrote three Arthurian Legend books about Merlin’s life: The Crystal Cave, The Hollow Hills, and The Last Enchantment. In The Last Enchantment, we first learn of Mordred. I had hoped that this book would continue the wonderful Merlin series. We do get a last look at Merlin, but this book has a slightly different feel than the books in the Merlin trilogy. Even so, it’s well written, worth reading, and it gives us one more look at those legendary times.

    A book to complete my collection of Mary Stewart

    Bought this book because Mary Stewart is one of great story tellers. Myself & several friends love the Authors of yesterday. I am trying to finish getting all my her books 3 more & I'll have them all. I share w/my friends but only a chosen few. The site I bought from is the first place I look because they sell out of print books in they say good but I say great.

    I had the first three books from the set and needed the final one.This one was also from the same printing company. Book was in excellent condition.
