    This book is amazing I could hardly put it down.

    Max Lucado is an awesome writer. He helps bring things into perspective. The book helped ease my anxiety. It also gave me ideas to use in a lesson for my ladies' bible class. I have many books authored by him.

    Sound doctrine easy to understand

    Content is Biblically sound. Max shares encouraging scriptures as well as stories of experiences that are relatable. There is also a few chapters of practical exercises for daily practice, thought and meditation. And a section of containing all pertinent scriptures that were covered in the body of the text, grouped together for easy reflection. I wanna buy one for all my friends.
