This is one spiritual class well worth reading. It explains holiness in simple terms. And it lays out a path to holiness for the average person. The general theme of the work is that holiness can be achieved by anyone simply by doing the everyday things God gives us to do and doing them faithfully. Of course, it also means avoiding sin. But holiness can be achieved, de Caussade writes, by ordinary people doing their ordinary chores. What makes this book compelling is its brevity. Right to the point, every page. Spiritual qwest
Uplifting, informative....inspirational, something I'll refer to all my life. This book was recommended by two priests over the years and now that I have it I wish I had bought years ago since it is such an inspiration for my spiritual life. I would recommend it to anyone seeking spiritual enlightenment.
