    Sequel to Funny Literary Mystery

    I bought the first two books together - here on Ebay - and read them both in about 3 days! That is what happens when a book is so original and funny, you have o find out what happens next. Thing is, what was original and great in the first book seems to be taking over the second (and third) book. The great obsession with literature, the hidden world of books, that alternate universe was great for the one book but now Fforde seems to rely on the description of this world too heavily. In this book, Thursday is married to Landen and is a celebrity for her adventures in Jane Eyre. But Goliath Corp wants Jack Schitt back and eradicates Landon to get Thursday to cooperate. Instead she joins Miss Havisham in Jurisfiction, has a new archnemesis who controls chaos and has to save the world - ...

    Must read book.

    Great book from a fantastic author, so a good deal like this from the seller was not to be ignored. Be prepared, though: this book is one of many in a series, and you will need to read all the Thursday Next books. Better said, you will want to read them all, from beginning to end. Author also has other works too, and yes, they are pretty fantastic too. Amazing humor and genius mixed with proficiency with language. Rare treat.

    If you liked The Eyre Affair, you will like Lost in a Good Book, as it is more of the same.
