As a Verizon customer, my wife needed to replace her aging Key1 with a newer BlackBerry that we hoped would work on the Verizon network. This phone fit the bill and works well. An ALERT, however, for any Verizon customer with similar needs: swapping the SIM card out of the Key1 into the Key2 LE worked fine for us, but somehow the Key2 LE would *not* receive text messages. (It sent them just fine.) Verizon tech support solved the problem over the phone, but it was a lengthy conversation.
