    My health bible!

    This is a wonderful book about self love and self healing. The Author, Louise Hay, healed herself from cancer by doing the steps she outlines in her writing. There is also a chart in the back that lists A-Z ailments, and their spiritual emotional attachment to the ailment.It also offers an affirmation statement to clear the ailment. Everything from arthritis to cancer, colds to headaches hip/knee problems to pleurisy. Very interesting. It's a feel good read, and the chapters are sectioned off, so you can skip around if you want something specific.

    Great book, one of my friends has used it for 20 years!

    I am still reading the book but I am very impressed with the first six chapters. I am also highlighting the important parts which is a lot of pages!

    Life Changing Book

    This is a wonderful life changing book. I read several other self help books before it and none had the lasting effects that this book had. It is filled with amazing information that is very easy to understand. You may, at first, not like what the author has to say but I urge you to be open minded and at least finish reading the book. It is extremely self revealing. You will come to realize that You Can Heal Your Life and body through your thoughts and trusting your higher power within. Thank you Louise L. Hay for sharing your experiences. It has made a huge impact on my life.

    Great book. Helpful, easy to read, easy to follow.

    This is just an awesome book to keep close by always. I first listened to this on audiobook from the library, and loved it so much I bought it. I refer to it every now and then when I feel myself getting down, or when I see someone else that needs positive reinforcement in their lives. Louise gives great examples of how to speak positively to yourself; how to really envision success in all aspects of your life. Really can't say enough good things about how she words things.

    Not designed for Christians.

    If you're not a Christian believer, then caveat emptor. But if a believer, then this book is not for you. The author thoroughly espouses New Age beliefs and techniques. Her background is Church of Religious Science, Trancendental Meditation, Maharishi Yogi and a Course in Miracles. All of these are pantheistic and primarily based on Hinduism. Christians believe that God is our healer and source and not "out of this one intelligence comes all the answers, all the solutions, all the healings. . ." This wisdom Louise talks about comes from within. Christians believe that a personal God, revealed in Jesus Christ, created the world and its rules and operations. We do not have unlimited power. We do have some creative power and, yes, our mind does have strong influence - ...
