Funny and Entertaining Movie
Excellent comedy! Very entertaining. This movie has been around for years and it never quits being funny. Well known actors. Some of my overall favorite. I highly recommend this movie.

"Stress reliever"
A simple and funny look at life in general, not just work. Let's your mind run wild with some of the things you would like to do not just to bosses, but to anyone who causes stress in your life. You can put yourself in their place without actually doing something that could get you in trouble.

A sleeper of a Comedy
Dolly Parton in her film debut, does wonderfully well as the "country Girl" in the big city. Dabney Colman at his ncomedic peak as the boss, With Jane Fonda and Lilly Tomlin filling out the other major roles.A true hidden gem of a comedy- light yet, generating some nreal belly busting laughs at times. The dream sequences are an absolute riot! If you have not seen this Gem, I'd highly recommend it-you won't be disappointed!Dolly Parton in her film debut, does wonderfully well as the "country Girl" in the big city. Great movie! Seller awesome, quick shipping, DVD perfect! Thanks so much!
Our community theater is producting "9 to 5" this fall and we wanted to review this film to not only enjoy the comedy, but to get ideas for sets, costumes etc. Of course seeing the performances and the elaborate setups was classic! Just the entertainment factor alone makes it unforgetable. Personally my only criticism is that the only song of the 25 written for the show that the director, Higgins, used was the title tune.Our community theater is producting "9 to 5" this fall and we wanted to review this film to not only enjoy the comedy, but to get ideas for sets, costumes etc. Of course seeing the performances and the elaborate setups was classic! Still a Favorite!
I loved this movie the first time I saw it, back in the 1980's,and still love it! It's one of the movies that I still pull off the shelf and watch every once in awhile. (I think I've seen it enough times that I know all the lines!) Sort of a goofy movie, but with a powerful message- we women are not going to bow down to men anymore....which meant ALOT more back then in the 80's than it does now, but still a good message. The interactions between the characters are good and they seem natural, and comfortable. Overall, it's just plain FUNNY! Think I'll go get it from my shelf now.....I loved this movie the first time I saw it, back in the 1980's,and still love it!
