This is one excellent device! Speed: it has unheard of performance speed. Things just get done quickly. This includes internet performance, downloading data, etc. it includes operating with a local 'cloud' storage device to up/down load pictures and sound files. To complement the speed is the color manafastation : pictures taken with a camera, Olympics downstreaming, app colors. Sound: excellent sound playing as well as recording. I have microphones which either attach via the phone port or the port you attach the charger: both mikes work very well. Bluetooth works very well giving hi fidelity sound. The camera performance is great: pictures are excellent. GPS performance is perfect and added to apps with maps provide an excellent tool. This app works best with the iPad in wide mode: ... IPad air 1st gen
This iPad started out on iOS 7 and from all the updates you'd sorta expect it to slow down somewhat and that's sorta the case here but at the same time not exactly I did my research on the iPad 4 and its slowed done from the update iOS 10 which made me lean towards the iPad air and tbh it's not Al that bad sure gaming isn't that great anymore peformance wise you'd need the iPad air 2 for that which is sorta sad when apple coud possibly be boosting it's performance but apple probably would rather have customers head to the latest and greatest device well not everybody has the kind of money to do that other people do so apple really needs to have some thoughts and I'm pretty sure they already know that what company really wouldn't know that you'd have to be a bad company I guess or one that ... Nice value for the price
Overall it's a great product, as usual it features apples nice aesthetics and it's super thin and lite. And in my opinion IOS OS is one of the well optimized and dependable and user friendly system's around compared to that of other tablets which are in a similar price to performance range. I think my only gripe with this particularly used iPad Air 2 is that, for some reason my battery life isn't long lasting than what it was known for...through my research iPad Air 2 battery life is 10 hours of continuous use. However mine only lasts for about top 4 hours of use, at full charge. Besides that it's been great, it's fast and powerful.Overall it's a great product, as usual it features apples nice aesthetics and it's super thin and lite. It does the job.
I was looking for a small and lightweight device that I can easily carry but powerful enough to handle large pdf documents in high resolution and this ipad air 2 is exactly what I was looking for.
