Very Good Device @ Excellent Price
Very good device @ excellent price It is heavy, strong, & well built. Follow the instructions, Do not use with paints, varnishes, etc. Basically, anything that could dry out and clog/jam the valves is out. I would stay away from water based liquids; the tank is made of low carbon steel, the valving uses brass. Water based liquids will create corosion. If you use water based liquid, when done flush with compressed air, dry and spray inside-out with WD-40 or some such. Simple!Very good device @ excellent price It is heavy, strong, & well built. Not quite "Non-Aerosol"
This is a good product and appears to be well built. Nice hard powder coating. But, to be classified as a non-aerosol is misleading. I would have believed that meant it would deliver a stream of fluid and not cause it disperse into a spray pattern (that is typically what aerosol means), which is what it did. No matter what type of fluid I put in the canister it did produce a spray. I had to drill the very small nozzle hole larger (#57 drill) to obtain what I was needing. Voila! It works well now. They should offer two nozzles, one for stream and one for spray.This is a good product and appears to be well built. Nice hard powder coating. But, to be classified as a non-aerosol is misleading. Good product. A very small nozzle.
I use to have the same long time ago. Unfortunately this what i got now it almost steams everything I put in it. They should add three different size nozzles. I will try to make a larger on my lathe if I don't find from the manufacturer.

Indispensable shop tool
Saves you money twice! This is a well made clone of the Sure Shot sprayer, at about half the price. Use it to to apply liquid chemicals such as disinfectants, degreasers, penetrating oil, solvents and lubricants. Save when you buy this (instead of the more expensive model), save again when you buy bulk chemicals in non-aerosol containers. Could not be simpler. Fill the container with liquid, pressurize it from an air compressor, and spray. Fine mist or a pin stream is possible. No flammable propellants, and cuts down on disposal of spray cans. I have one for WD-40, another one for degreasers, and plan on getting a third one for alcohol disinfectant solution. This is worth the bucks!
This sprayer is very well built. It came with excellent user instructions. We use it to spray iso-propyl alcohol to sanitize almost anything. It's also serviceable with an optional rebuild kit. Sweet!
