Product Information

Players of all ages once again join "those meddling kids," to solve a movie masquerade mystery in Scooby-Doo! Unmasked. The kids have gone to visit Freddy's cousin, Jed, but find that he's disappeared from the monster movie set where he was working. To find Jed (and to clear his name of the crime he is said to have committed), players must guide Scooby through three different areas, in the spooky movie studio and beyond, looking for clues. By donning different movie costumes, Scooby can gain new abilities that might help him get past obstacles and bad guys. The voices of Scooby, Shaggy, and rest of the gang are performed by actors who portrayed them in the various cartoon series, and the game's main villain, Winslow Stanton, is played by Adam West (Batman, Family Guy).

The Good & The Bad
The game is fun enough. It's not as good as Night of 100 Frights by far, but still is fun for Scooby lovers. We all laughed about how cute the karate Scooby was. The only problem is that the graphics are flat and it's very easy to get turned around in the game and not know where you are. The point of view that you play with is very different from Night of 100 Frights. It made me dizzy and in fact I got very sick twice playing it. When I say sick, I mean serious confusion and headachy on top of nausea. Much worse than any morning sickness I ever had because of the confusion. Needless to say... I don't play it anymore. My husband, too, got ill once, but he hasn't had a problem since so he still plays. I won't let my young son play it though, because if it screwed with my head I can only ... The game is fun enough. You get what you pay for I guess
Unmasked worked great, however, night of 100 frights didn't get passed the load screen even after a cleaning. They were used so I didn't expect much but it was still quite disappointing to my 6yrs old who loves these games.

Good entertainment
My daughter just became a "Scooby Doo" fan and I was excited to share something with her from my own childhood as I too was a fan of Scooby Doo. I happened upon a game shop and decided to purchase "A night of 100 Frights" and we enjoyed playing it as a family so I purchased Scooby-Doo Unmasked (one of my first purchases on Ebay, in fact) and try it out. It started off a bit slow it and does get a bit boring at some points but it's still nice to be able to have my daughter and husband play while I get to tell them what to do and where to go for her to appreciate teamwork even while playing a video game. I'm a long-time Scooby-Doo fan -- back from the original premiere of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? So I naturally wanted to try this game, and I'm very glad I did! You get to play as Scooby-Doo on a quest to find Fred's cousin Jed who makes movie monsters. The whole Mystery Inc gang is there to help you -- or be rescued by you! For example, Shaggy helps you put snacks together and Velma helps you interpret the clues you find. The game helps you learn to play it by explaining moves and maneuvers every time you reach an obstacle that's obviously different from anything you've seen before. Play is pretty much like other games of the type -- collect the Scooby-Snacks; fight the rats, spiders and monsters; look for clues and food items; find the switches that allow you to overcome obstacles; boss ... Even the special Scooby maneuvers are fun, from the big-splash to the slide stop to the roll like a bowling ball! If you're not a Scooby-Doo fan, then the game still stands up as a fun play, but you might be better off looking for something more to your interests. For fans, Scooby-Doo Unmasked is a must have!

Awesome Game
I have always been a fan of PS2 games being as i grew up on them and i am amazed how much enjoyment i still get out of playing them. i recommend this game to anyone especially those who like to play games and complete them, this game will give you a fun challenge when you want to find everything in every level.
