    OK in the daytime, but not great overall

    I bought this watch to use at work, but I work at night quite a bit and the light is almost useless. There is no backlight - the light comes from the 6 o'clock position and shines up on the face. This makes the red hour hand nearly invisible at most angles. With no backlight the LCD display is invisible at night. You also cannot display 24hr time and the day/date at the same time. I like the look and feel of the watch but I would have paid less for it had I known beforehand of the above-listed deficiencies.

    GREAT WATCH

    I had been looking for awhile for this watch and finally found it so I jump at the chance to get it and when it arrived I was very very impressed with it and it is a big watch but very comfortable and I get tons of compliments on it. And always that one question where did I get it.... I have other watches but this is by far my favorite.

    Solid good looking watch.

    Like the look of the watch. Only issue is the back lighting on the LED areas. Ya can't read them most times, just too dim...so for me it just tells the time. Good value compared to other G shock watches.

    Can't tell time

    Good looking watch...But the Red hour hand disappears when you try to read the time. The digital display is to small for it to be effective...it's looks is what you want with zero utility get it.. other wise get a watch you can actually read and use.

    Great watch!

    This is the perfect watch for everyday use. I work in a warehouse setting that has a lot of dust, chemicals and resins therefore the watch gets splashed, blasted and a lot of dirt on it through out the day. I simply go to the bathroom during break or lunch and rinse it off with soap and water and just like that it's back to looking new. I've even use a air hose to blast dust off and the watch takes it like it's nothing. I would definitely recommend for anyone who deals with a rough environment on a regular basis.
