Good book but ...
I bought this book for some help in playing Sims 2 and it's a pretty good book, it does offer helpful hints and cheats but the type itself looks pretty faded and the font is small! I don't know why they bothered with adding shading to black and white pages, then not darken the type font itself. I tried reading it before going to bed and just had a hard time reading it by my booklight. Great pointers for this game
I had played Sims 2 for a year or two BEFORE buying the guide. I finally bought it on the recommendation of a friend. I would tell her about something weird that would happen in my game, or ask her about some unexpected thing that I didn't understand, and she kept saying "You should get that Prima guide - it tells all about that stuff"... So, I found it on ebay and LOVE it. Even though I've played the game for a couple of years off and on, there was a lot that I didn't know. It's basically just an expanded instruction guide for the game, but WAY expanded.I had played Sims 2 for a year or two BEFORE buying the guide. I finally bought it on the recommendation of a friend.
