    Heavy duty

    I researched the weight limit on this. I use it to bench press. It is tested at 600 lbs. Thats about 250 lbs more than I will use it for. I was considering getting the bench rated at 300 lbs. But chose this one to be safe. Glad I did. It is very sturdy. It is also light weight enough to move around by lifting it. I dont drag it. I would recommend this to people bench pressing.

    Good quality

    I've worked out my whole life and have used lots of eqiupment, for the price this bench is a great value. Good size and sturdy, no ,need to waste money on expensive versions of the same thing.

    great little bench

    The only small issue is that you need a wrench or socket to build it. Would have thought it would come with that little cheapy guy that many have. Small criticism, the rest of it is great!

    Needs to be heavier

    I was super excited about it cause it looks great but the base isn't wide enough or heavy enough so it doesn't sit as solid as needed for many of the HIIT moves I need it for. It's ok but not ideal. And I don't think I can return it with more cost than it would be worth.

    Light weight and sturdy

    I love this bench, because it is light weight and yet sturdy. Although I, female, have worked out with weights in gyms for about 40 years on a regular basis, I am now getting a bit older and am not quite as strong any more. This bench I can easily pick up myself and take it anywhere in my own gym room. I am very pleased and highly recommend it.
