Was worried that it was some kind of Chinese clone because it was $70-$100 cheaper than anywhere I could find in town ,after receiving know that it’s the real thing no clone . Works with the M 18 batteries that I already had. Happy customer. Would recommend to anyone thank you

There is a tradeoff when buying Milwaukee tools from places who are not authorized dealers, price vs warranty. If you buy from a dealer the warranty period starts on the date of purchase, otherwise it starts on the date of manufacture, which is in the serial number of the tool. In this case It was relatively new stock (9/2023 on a purchase of 5/2024) which means I loose 8 months of the 5 year warranty but I paid nearly 30% ($80) below the dealer price which, to me, is worth it.

Item was received promptly and new as described. Seller was also surprisingly super-responsive to questions. Not that I'd have expected this, but I had a question about something concerning my purchase, which I sent at around 10:15 PM on a Friday night. I'd have been perfectly happy if he'd have gotten back to me on Monday morning, but he replied within 15 minutes 👀. So have no worries over whether, if you have a question, "will I receive an answer. Super happy. A+++. Buy with confidence.

This impact came exactly as described and pictured. Shipping was pretty quick, I ordered Saturday and recieved Tuesday. The impact came in a protective bag and bubble shipping wrap. I highly recommend this seller and this impact!!

While I wasn’t happy with the shipping time I am kinda glad it didn’t get here till Saturday it helps to avoid porch pirates . Communication could be worked on because I e-mailed and messaged twice asking what the delay in shipping was and received no response . The product was exactly as described and in perfect condition and will continue to buy from seller in the future .
