Fill in the Gaps with The Complete Mage
In D&D 3.5 universe the Complete Mage has everything a GM needs to bring the Arcane Arts to the forefront of a campaign. The book presents all the standard listing as seen in most of the expansions with Arcane Magic the focus. Hey bad guy spell casters can always use a short in the arm, too. Starting with an overview of the fundamentals on Arcane Magic. More food for thought on the Schools of Magic. The chapters cover character classes, along with chapters covering new stuff: feats and Prestige Classes. Of course there are some new spells and invocations and some are use full, but are probably listed elsewhere. Also a chapter on want everyone wants, new magic items. At the back of the book the authors talk about Arcane adventures. I found it to be use-full and even handy. Players who's ... Worth it
This is a great book for the game because it gives you addiction information about the class. It also includes a short list of new spells but only the new spells. What I didnt like was that the book is short but it's still worth the buy. The book was an birthday gift for my cousin.

Complete Mage or Not?
The Complete Mage book is one of the books used by adventurers who are using magic that is not from a divine or arcane power source. Traditional magis came from wizards and spellcasters like abilities added to the 3.5 edition of AD&D. Get this book if you are a Wizard or can use Sorcerer or Wizard Spells.

One of the 8 books inthe "Complete" DnD collection. This book focuses on the mage classes in DnD. It also focuses on new spells, feats, and prestige classes. NOT NEEDED FOR PLAY, BUT is nice to have for more options in your gaming experience.
