Very sophisticated light switch controller for the price.
This nice little timer (quite sophisticated actually for the price) controls my entry way light switch at night and in the morning with its two easy to set programs. It really makes my home look like it is occupied even when I am away. I would highly recommend this item if you want to automate your home lighting a bit.

excellent buy
I needed an automatic switch to turn on porch lights for my wife who, unfortunately, has to leave before light to commute to work. She did not like the idea of leaving the lights on for four hours until sunrise. When I viewed this switch I was not sure about it but it works great! Thinking about buying one for the shop too so it will power the heater switch on before I get in there!

Bulky but good
Easy to install. Works exactly as I expected. Able to install on a remote 3 way switch so that it didn't interfere with a gang of three switches. Well built and solid construction bodes well for long life. Setup of timing instructions a little confusing, but keep working at it and you'll get it eventually. Runs on two AA batteries that power a mechanical on/off switch flipper. Not sure how long the batteries will last, but other than a couple of actions a day and keeping the timer up and running, they shouldn't drain too quickly. Bonus - 1. has two separate timers that I was not aware of so that you can have on/off at two different times. 2. has separate covers for regular as well as Decora switches. quick and easy to install and program
I had a switch to control outside lights that is located in the middle of a 4-switch bank. I was one of the standard switches, so an internal timer was not a viable answer. When I found the woods unit, it appeared to be the answer. It works well and is easy to install and program, Does not interfere with the operation of the other switches.

Easy way to program toggle style light switches to go on and off automatically. Battery operation means never having to reprogram the switch if you lose power. This item arrived promptly and works exactly as we expected.
