Kudos to UPS for carefully handling the box which it came in for there was no damage. PC was carefully boxed with lots of patting. Seller provided images which helped in my decision to buy the PC along with detailed info and responded to my email questions. . As disappointing as it is, I very much appreciate that the seller was a good sport about making things right. When I contacted the seller, they told me to file a return, and when I did, I was immediately refunded and I didn't have to go to the trouble of shipping the item back. Thank you for making things right.

While I ended up with a different item, the seller did their best to make it right by shipping the correct adapter, and refunding some of the price. Great communication, I expect this is just one of those mistakes that happen. Wouldn't stop me from buying from them again.
