Didn’t take apart set and I had to sanitize all of the pieces as there was some built up brown stuff on a few. Had some bad teeth marks on few but it did say used. The seller also swapped out some of the pieces for the newer colors after they changed in 2005. For example the brown color was swapped with reddish brown. I know I’m being picky saying this but I like having my sets as authentic as possible. Thank you for your time.

    Rare collector item

    This set is one that I always wanted when I was a child and am astounded now that I could actually find one that is still sealed. This is the only Star Wars Lego X-Wing to ever feature Yoda's hut or show the X-Wing from Dagobah. The build of the Rebel's fighter has more improvements to the 7140 set, which is the original design, and this design carries over toward the 6212 Lego X-Wing.

    Very cool set

    This was a lot of fun putting together. If it was new in box it could have easily been hundereds of dollars, and whole collecting in boxes is nice, I prefer to build my sets to display them. Looks a lot nicer, and again, fun to build. I also like the old school look on the minifigs, back when they were all yellow and had simple but classic face prints.

    Original Lego X-Wing

    While several X-Wing Lego sets were made, this was the original and one I always wanted. I favor the older sets I saw in catalogs about 10-15 years ago and since I'm in a position on my own I wanted to pick back up into Legos, as all serious Lego people know that there is no upper age limit. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. It is Lego, Star Wars, and an X-Wing on top of that, my favorite of the fighter craft, although I do want to buy the TIE-Defender at some point. My advise: if you like Star Wars and/or Lego, buy this product. It's retired, so it will only be found from others who own it. It's rare and tends to go for a good bit of money, so if you find one under $50, grab it.

    Got my childhood back!

    I had to get this. I had to donate my X-Wing and other Star Wars Legos when I was a kid because we moved constantly and did not have the space. Now, I get to have a piece of my childhood again. Thank you so much!

    Best Xwing value

    If you search the x wing builds, the UCS is by far the most desirable, however it's really a model. There are other x wing sets also but they're more expensive and don't come with the yoda hut. I love the yoda hut! The nose is gray which I don't like as much as the more recent white nosed version but hands down you get more and it costs less with this set.
