just as promised --used but working
My identical brother printer stopped feeding paper just after I'd bought the old warhorse a pricey new high-volume toner (wouldn't you know it would happen this way). I took it to a shop for repair but they had no success. So since I liked the non-nonsense monochrome printer and regretted tossing the new toner along with disabled warhorse, I looked online and with some doubts decided to buy the used machine expressly offered without toner. It arrived well -packed, and after I set it up and popped in the barely used toner from the dysfunctional model, it started printing! Yes!! -- this is my perfect story of holding on to what you have--the toner-- and finding new compatible parts when needed so it can be used s'more.. Overall a good printer
Overall I find the quality of the print good. Also the seller supplied an extra toner cartridge that made the package more cost effective. When an important part (power cord) was missing fro the initial shipment, seller corrected the problem once communication was clarified. The only problem I have had with the printer is maintaining the wifi connection. It works fine if the usb connecting cord is used, but pri9nting via wifi is not consistent.Overall I find the quality of the print good. For the price this is a steal! Much better than our older HP workgroup.
We use this in a office/home setting. Brother makes some of the best printers. If your looking for a great laser printer this is it! We get at least 2500-3000 pages on one toner! Plus on Ebay the toner is around $20 bucks! If you can live with black and white prints and need a awesome printer that can print duplex this is it! Not Brand New
Bought this printer to replace an identical printer that I had dropped. It arrived promptly as advertised and functions well with heavy use preparing income taxes. It was not, however, "Brand New" as it had obviously been unpacked, used, and repacked in most of the original packing material. The driver and manual disks were not included.

It saves you a lot of money!
It is a great printer for business. I use it for my records and documents. The printer is not a color printer, its mainly a black and white printer but that was all I needed and the fact that it can print up to 2,600 pages before you need a new toner or more ink! It is cheaper this way than buying those sorry printers that you find at a retail store which they charge you a arm and leg for a tiny small ink cartridge that costs 60.00 bucks! When you can get a toner for less than 30 bucks on ebay for this printer! Over all I rate the printer the best for your wallet!It is a great printer for business. I use it for my records and documents.
