Good game but could be better
I bought this game becuase I like Harry Potter and thought I would try out the games for X box. I started with this one and was dissapointed. I thought at the time that this was the first game and the graphics were not that good becuase of when it was made. I later found out that EA games went back and made this game after they made HP and the chamber of secrets. After I found that out the poor quality of the game made since. The game had a tendancey to freeze up and if you didnt' make saves often you would loose your place. The overall concept was good and the controls are easy to learn. This game was designed for kids not adults (like myself) However I have started on Chamber of Secrets and the graphics are WAY better and the game itself seems better. I think EA just wanted to ... Amazing graphics for a 2003 game. I get 720p on my Xbox 360 S thanks to Microsoft's backwards compatibility.
This game is backwards compatible on my Xbox 360 S so I was able to play it in 720p. It brought back a lot of good memories, I would highly recommend this game especially if you have a Xbox 360 S to maximize it's potential.

Great fun, some decent challenges, great for kids & HP fans
First, if you are planning to purchase and play this game on XBox, make sure you have an original XBox hard drive. This game is not compatible with XBox 360. I played the game years ago on PS2 and thought it was a great deal of fun. I am an HP fan, as are my children, so when my son found the game he was greatly enamored and had to play it. Although the game is older (rougher graphics, etc.) he still has a wonderful time playing. The game takes some license from the story line, but the additions are welcome challenges. In many ways it doesn't hold a candle to the modern games, but if you take it for what it is, you will have a lot of fun!First, if you are planning to purchase and play this game on XBox, make sure you have an original XBox hard drive.
